Questions
What agencies ask us.
Do my landlords have to pay?
No. Owners of the houses you sponsor get a free account to follow their bookings and statements. Owners who also let on Airbnb or take their own guests can add a landlord plan, and those dates then show on your calendar too.
Do guests pay through SeaSpace?
No. Guests pay you or the owner directly, by M-Pesa, bank or card, the way they do today. SeaSpace never holds guest money.
Can a house be listed with more than one agency?
Yes. Each agency sees the dates that are taken, but not other people’s guests or the owner’s plans.
What happens if a landlord stops working with us?
Their view-only access carries on for 30 days, then they can move to the landlord plan. Your past bookings and statements for that house stay in your records.
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days you choose whether to carry on, and pay for your plan in the app by M-Pesa or card. You can cancel any time and export your data.
